Russian Red Lipstick
Russian Red is one of my favorite red lipsticks from MAC. A red lip can be great for any occasion. Paired with a subtle-simple eye, it can create a breathtaking look….
The Holy Grail to Flawless Foundation
Holy Grail to flawless foundation? What is this chick talking about? Well let me tell you….Rea Ann Silva’s BeautyBlender! I absolutely love this makeup sponge. About 6 months ago, my dear friend Ericka and I were conversing about makeup and came across this product. There were so many rave reviews about this product and every MUA we came across loved it. We both were eager to try it, but Ms. Ericka beat me to the punch in getting the sponge first. Little did I know she had a surprise for me one day while we were out and about. During this outing she unexpectedly pulled out a beauty blender and indicated that it was mine. Ericka and my god daughter Ari are great for surprising me. Thanks to her I have been hooked ever since.
Contouring…Oh The Struggle!!
Contouring has always been a struggle for me and I’m still learning. Usually I use Blunt from Mac to contour my face or I use my Lise Watier Color Corrector (LWCC) wheel under my foundation to do the trick (for highlighting and contouring). Both work well for me but I am always looking for new tricks and products.
Oooohhh La La Sail La Vie!

I was so excited when my roomie Vecoya (Natural Hair Enthusiast and Blogger) said that I could do her makeup just for fun and practice. My inspiration came from a great MUA @_sugarpants on Instagram. She is amazing with her ideas for makeup and I’m always looking for new color combinations as well as techniques to enhance my skills. One of my favorite looks consisted of Mac’s Sail La Vie lipstick and Feeling Fresh eyeshadow; these products are from Mac’s Sail La Vie Collection. I did this look on Vecoya a few months ago. This color combination looked amazing on her and was fun to shoot as well.
