A couple of months ago I became interested Inglot Cosmetics. I purchased their Freedom System Palette (holds 10 eye shadows), 9 eye shadows ($6 each) and received one eye shadow for free. I must say their eye shadows are AMAZING!As I received my package from the post office I could not wait to open it. I literally sat in my car and stared at my new investment in awe (i’m a bit dramatic at times). The colors are so rich and pigmented. They also come in various finishes (AMC, Pearl, Matte, Shine and DS); for those of you new to the makeup world this refers to the finish look on your skin. See below for a description of each finish regarding Inglot eye shadows. Also, I provided 10 swatches for the colors I purchased so that you can get a visual image of each “finish”); reference the labels above and swatches below for the different finishes. *Sidenote – Inglot eye shadows are labeled by their finish and number.*
Advanced Makeup Component (AMC) – semi-matte with a little sparkle.
Pearl – pearly sheen with a satin frost.
Matte – flat finish with no shine, shimmer or sparkle
Shine – pearl-frosty finish that is shiner than the “Pearl” finish
Double Shine (DS) – matte based eye shadow with glitter
It took some time though for me to actually sit down and do a makeup look using these eye shadows. Call me a “procrastinator” lol…it happens. But recently, I did a look using my Inglot eye shadows in 403 Pearl (lid); 314 Matte (corner); and 371 Matte (lower lashline). I used Mac’s Painterly Paint Pot as my eyeshadow based. Check out the look below.
As you can see the colors came out gorgeous! Well in my opinion they were lol, but I can honestly say that a little goes a long way. The product is absolutely a must have in my opinion. I know many are into eye shadows from Mac Cosmetics (as I am too), but I must say the price of $6 is a steal for what you get with these eye shadows. To add, I love Inglot’s Free System Palette…it has a magnetic top which is transparent and very easy to handle. And when you have more than one palette you can simply stack each palette together. This is definitely a must have in my makeup stash. I hope you find this post helpful in purchasing Inglot eye shadows if considering!
